1. How Account Deletion Works

When you submit an account deletion request using the form above, our system verifies your credentials and immediately initiates the deactivation process.

Your account status will be set to deactivated, and your matrimonial profile will no longer be visible to other users on Sunni Rishte.

2. Data Deletion Scope & Retention

Profile Removal: Your photos, bio, preferences, and public matrimonial details are permanently unlinked and hidden from search results.
Active Requests & Proposals: All sent and received proposal requests will be cancelled and archived.
Session & Authentication: Active login sessions will be immediately invalidated across all mobile and web devices.
Legal Retention: Transaction history and essential compliance records may be retained temporarily as required by local financial laws and safety regulations.
